"LIFE'S JOURNEY is not to arrive at the grave safely, in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy shit, what a ride!"

About Us

Lorna Westley

Lorna is the CEO and founder of Peak Connection and provides life, relationship, business and executive coaching and training services throughout Australia.  She is a nationally accredited and professional coach with 15 years experience in recruitment, sales and training.

At 24, Lorna was a director of acclaimed real estate training company, Lynch Pro-Active Marketing, where she facilitated and presented cutting edge real estate training programs and seminars that were highly sought after throughout Australia and New Zealand. In 1998, Lorna and her former husband launched their own real estate franchise, Pro-Active Real Estate, on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.  Using state-of-the-art systems, innovative technology and a “dare to be different” attitude, their company quickly gained a powerful reputation as leaders in the market place and left its competitors wondering what had hit them.

Divorced in 2002 with three sons under six, there were some tough years ahead for Lorna as she faced emotional and financial devastation.  “It’s the times when we are tested, that our true inner strength shines through” she says.  After a challenging journey of seemingly unbeatable obstacles, confronting self-discovery and brutal growth, Lorna emerged on the other side stronger, calmer and wiser.  She took stock of her life and decided that it was time to start creating an outstanding future for herself and her family.

After becoming accredited in coaching, Lorna also completed training in NLP, hypnotherapy, time line therapy, training and public speaking to become a highly skilled coach and trainer providing superior service and leading edge techniques.  Lorna is an excellent communicator and has the ability to impart her wisdom with genuine warmth, compassion and a cheeky sense of humour, making her an entertaining presenter and charismatic guest speaker.

Now married to her high school crush, Lorna has a Brady Bunch of her own (but where, oh where, is Alice?) with three step children adding to her own three sons, all six children aged between 6 and 13 years old.  With five of them being boys, it is a busy and noisy household.  But Lorna wouldn’t have it any other way.  “It’s always a party at our house!” she laughs.

Finding the balance between career and family so that neither one is sacrificed can be very challenging, but Lorna manages to make it look easy.  She simply applies the coaching tools she teaches to her own life.  Lorna explains: “I used to have a limiting belief that I couldn’t have it all and I allowed that to hold me back.  As soon as I decided to adopt a new belief that I deserve to have it all; I found ways to make it work!”

Lorna is passionate about assisting her clients to being the best they can be and achieving their maximum potential, whether it’s in their personal or professional lives.  Ultimately, Lorna is committed to the pursuit of excellence and loves helping people transform their lives into something extraordinary.

Sally is passionate about the development of the coaching industry and is a mentor, assessor and business coach to other life and business coaches.

Sally is passionate about empowering women and freely tells her own personal stories of how she has turned her life around. Born in South London in the UK, the daughter of an alcoholic father, whose parental advice and goading included; always throw the first punch, take down the biggest person first, fight for your rights, etc, Sally spent her formative years as an angry and aggressive person and not surprising attracted a not so perfect alcoholic bully as her first partner. After fleeing 4 years of mainly verbal, but sadly also physical abuse – she started her mid-twenties believing she was ‘fat, ugly and stupid’ and paying off £20,000 of debt he’d left her to deal with.

Having spent her 20’s learning to love herself, learning to trust and learning to create an outstanding life for herself. By the age of 30 she had repaid all of the joint debt, accumulated her own personal wealth and had arrived in Australia ready to rewrite her life. The past 10 years were a long, lonely, determined climb back to the top. She is now living the life she loves and showing thousands of others how to do the same through her training, coaching, professional speaking and her amazing self-study self-development program Ready Steady Go.

Now settled permanently in Melbourne Australia with her Kiwi partner Steve, (who Sally says is the most awesome person in the world) and their daughter Romani born in 2007. At the ripe old age of 36, Sally is a first-time mum and is busy juggling all the challenges cross-cultural relationships and multi-tasking parenting brings.

An accredited life coach, NLP practitioner, trainer and an international professional speaker, Sally knows that it is possible for any woman to have anything they want. You don’t get given your life – you write it – you choose it- you make it happen. And she has many tools and techniques to show women how to have it all.
